Sales and Account Manager
Description
We are seeking a competent individual to execute extensive communication with prospects, resellers, partners, and customers. This individual will inform, persuade, and negotiate with prospects to win new customers and generate revenue. They will also develop and maintain a strong business relationship with customer account decision makers and implementing sales strategies with resellers and partners to grow long-term sustainable, profitable business. Responsibilities include professionally managing large, high dollar customer accounts, achieving new sale quotas, and recommending and implementing value-added programs for customer development activities. Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring industry trends that impact business initiatives is another important aspect.
Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree strongly preferred, Excellent people, communication, and writing skills, Persuasive and well developed negotiating abilities, Embrace hard work with enthusiasm, ingenuity, and a willingness to learn, Adept analysis skills and ability to understand business implications of decisions, History of successful performance desired, Experience with software technologies and publishing industry helpful
Software Developer I
Description
Position requires a highly motivated individual that has a passion for creating innovative software. This person must be able to thrive in an engineering environment and deliver high-impact functionality. BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Skills
Experience with UNIX, Apple and/or Windows environments. Programming languages may include C, C++, C#, and Java. Microsoft Office and Adobe SDK Development. Web and PHP Development.
Software Developer II
Description
Position requires a highly motivated individual that has a passion for creating innovative software. This person must be able to thrive in an engineering environment and deliver high-impact functionality. The individual must posses a well-rounded software engineering background and be very confident in the design and implementation of complex software solutions for a variety of computing environments. BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Skills
3+ years of software development skills. Expert experience with programming languages C/C++, C#, Java, and WebServices. Experience with Swing UI design is preferred.
Software Developer III
Description
Position requires a highly motivated individual that has a passion for creating innovative software. This person must be able to thrive in an engineering environment and deliver high-impact functionality. The individual must posses a well-rounded software engineering background and be very confident in the design and implementation of complex software solutions for a variety of computing environments. BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Skills
5+ years of software development skills. Expert experience with programming and development in Java/J2EE environments. Advanced experience with Web Application/Server Design/Development, Spring and Hibernate Technologies, Database SQL Relational Schema Design/Communication, Client/Server Design/Development for Enterprise level solutions.
Product Support Analyst
Description
Position requires a highly motivated individual that has excellent people, communication and writing skills. This person must embrace hard work with enthusiasm and creativity with a willingness to learn. BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Skills
Web Administration, and System Administration a plus.
