Choosing the Right Tool for the Job

Comprised of three different components, the Content Suite provides tools for defining variable data templates, specifying dynamic links between content and template locations, and publishing the completed documents.

Content Styler

Accessed through a web browser, the Content Styler application allows users to create static and dynamic regions for text and graphics, and save the templates for reuse, while providing freedom from layout applications. QuarkXPress and Adobe InDesign layouts may be adapted as templates as well.

Template Conductor

Along with the ability to customize its UI for your business, this component is also used to specify how templates created in Content Styler will be used to create dynamic documents. Users may specify templates for a range of pages in a document, and direct content from different sources to be placed in the layout. The content may be located in multiple locations, including WAVE’s MediaBank or B.media products, external databases, business systems, spreadsheets, file systems, or other structured locations.

Page Composer

Content Composer is used to construct the completed pages using the rules and layouts defined in Content Styler and Content Conductor. This application is extensible to accommodate many different content sources and output formats. The possibilities are endless.
