MediaBank Workgroup
MediaBank is available in either a workgroup or enterprise edition. The workgroup edition is intended for single-site organizations with fewer than fifty users or who anticipate fewer than one hundred thousand digital assets under control. MediaBank Workgroup includes its own internal database, alleviating the need for an enterprise-class Database Management System. The workgroup edition includes all of the clients, functions and customization of MediaBank delivered with a small footprint.
MediaBank Enterprise
The Enterprise edition is targeted at large or multi-site organizations with a large number of digital assets and more than fifty users. Because it operates with either Oracle or SQL Server as its enterprise-class database backend, MediaBank Enterprise is robust, scalable, and integrates easily with other data-bound applications.
As MediaBank use grows within an organization, or across organizations, upgrades from MediaBank Workgroup to Enterprise are straightforward and efficient.
WAVE provides upgrade services to assist in the transition, if necessary.
