MediaBank Demonstration:
A comprehensive overview of the MediaBank client(s).
Categories/Users/Groups/Profiles/Stages/Fields/Types and Creators:
Covers the many ways to categorize and group assets and the means by which to enable various workflow topologies through the usage of profiles, groups, etc.
User Prefs/Permissions/Searching/Queries/Properties/ Markups:
This session covers several aspects of the client interface and how users interact with the system.
Check-in/Check-out/Revisions/Drag & Drop/Reports/Moving Files & Records/Synchronizing Records/Placeholder:
This session continues the review of client functionality and features.
MBWeb and QProof:
This session explains MediaBank's web capabilities, including special capabilities like Upload, Convert, Lightboxes, and Workspaces
Prerequisites:
The student should be familiar with client/server applications, Mac and/or Win OS, page layout applications and web browser interfaces.
Class Length:
One Day, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with one hour for lunch.
