Sales people new to WAVE's product line will be instructed on the position that they maintain in the marketplace, the types of customers that benefit from their features, and competitive comparisons. Also included will be the various deployment and implementation methods that have been used to solve discrete customer problems and additional opportunities afforded by integrating with variable data applications, archiving solutions, and other third party solutions.
This course will include overviews of the client interfaces for all the products.
The student should be familiar with customer characteristics for the vertical market they are approaching.
